Yes, quarterly and annual plans can be paused for up to 14 days. During the pause, your remaining hours and plan benefits stay intact. All plans can be cancelled anytime.

Do I own the rights to the designs?
Absolutely. You own 100% of the work we deliver. All files are custom-created for your business, and we include source files (like PSD, AI, Figma, Sketch) along with export-ready formats (PDF, PNG, JPEG, SVG).
Can I carry over all my unused hours?
You can carry over up to 20% of your unused hours each month, allowing you to make the most of your plan without losing valuable time.
What if I'm not satisfied with the design?
Your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely happy with the design, we'll refine it based on your feedback to ensure it meets your expectations.
